Following the death of HMP’s founder, Mr Abeauty Chibuye, Staivous was selected to lead the Chibobo community. An impressive young man in his 20s, Staivous has grown into the role and has shown great wisdom in his decision making, guiding HMP in its quest to implement Abeauty’s vision. The community is working hard to become more self sustainable, and Staivous’ training in agriculture has enabled them to diversify their crops and livestock so that they are not as dependent  on the vagaries of the weather when solely growing maize.   Staivous is married to Memory and their first born is Emma. We continue to pray for Staivous’ leadership and his wellbeing in such a challenging and demanding role.
